Due to the perishable, food-based nature of our sourdough products, all sales are final.

Refunds or Replacements:
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

No refunds will be issued for issues reported after 24 hours or for products that were left unattended after delivery.
